- Nairobi & Environs: Deliveries are fulfilled within 24 hours of order placement. Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed before 10:00 AM.
- Mombasa & Eldoret: Scheduled delivery shipments arrive within 24 to 48 hours via our dedicated logistics transit networks.
- Other Major Towns: Dispatched via reliable courier alternatives within 48 hours (Note: Frozen items may face regional transport limitations).
How do I pay using M-Pesa?
Paying for your order is simple and completely secure. You can pay directly during checkout online, or complete manual settlement using our standard business payment credentials:
- Go to your M-Pesa menu and select Lipa Na M-Pesa.
- Click on Buy Goods and Services.

How should I store my products and what is the shelf life?
Because our products are prepared completely naturally without chemical shelf-life extenders, adhering to correct handling practices ensures maximum food system freshness:

Keep frozen inside your main freezer chamber at -18°C or below. Unopened packages remain perfectly fresh for up to 12 months. Once thawed, store under normal refrigeration and consume within 48 hours.
Freeze-Dried Crisps & Powders
Store in a cool, completely dark pantry space away from direct light or heat. Keep original pouches zipped airtight. Unopened packages last up to 12 to 18 months. Consume within 2 weeks of opening for optimal crispness.
